The mission and vision for Safe Refuge Ministries (SRM) were conceived in Pastor LaVonne Arrington's heart in August 2020 and birthed into the earth on December 17, 2021. Through continual prayer, study, and the leading of the Holy Spirit, SRM was established as a Discipleship Church in the state of Maryland. We believe, teach, and maintain that discipleship is a lifestyle centered on the gospel of Christ which is the power of God unto salvation and leads believers to spiritual maturity (KJV, Rom. 1:16, 1Cor. 1:18).
Mission/Vision Statement:
Winning souls, making disciples, and inspiring leaders who do the same by teaching, preaching the gospel, and healing the sick and wounded soul among "those scattered abroad as sheep having no shepherd." (Matt. 9:36)
